Founded in 2008 by Cullem McKay and Charles Langeveld, the company was built on a combined 25+ years of experience in supply chain management and the racking industry. BBBEE
Optima Solutions underwent a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) transformation process in early 2019, resulting in the company achieving 51% Black Female ownership and an effective Level 2 BBBEE Status.
As part of this transformation, Andile Ndlovu joined the business as Financial Director, alongside Mpho Ratshikhopha as the company’s Industrial Engineer. This strengthened the company’s leadership structure and reinforced its commitment to sustainable growth, transformation, and compliance within the South African business environment.
